Wages & Benefits:
- Paid training - wages starting at $17.00/hour ($1.00 Increase every 1,200 hours worked until you reach $21.00 per hour)
- After you earn $21.00/hr, your next raise is $28.73/hr
- Earn up to $28.73/hr for experienced roofers. Those with foreman abilities can earn additional pay.

- Employer funded pension plan.
- Paid on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform the work of the trade.
- Valid driver's license and transportation.
- Able to pass drug screening
**Special Consideration for those that can pass a background check and are able to work on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base**
