A FREE Health Screening Event is coming this October. Take advantage of a variety of health screenings designed to provide valuable insight into your overall health.
New this year, hormone testing will be included as part of the health screening event, including Total Testosterone for men and women and Vitamin D for women.
The event will feature ultrasound screenings, biometrics and blood testing, including screenings related to cardiovascular health, blood sugar, cholesterol and other important health indicators.
